By commissioning me, you agree to the following:
I, as the Artist...
- Reserve the right to refuse any commission.
- May use different pens for each piece. Specify for specifics if curious.
- Maintain the right to post my work in any form.
- Can post the commission on sites, use it in banners, and other means of promoting myself.You, as the Client...
- May print your commission for personal use.
- CANNOT reprint your commission for a profit.
- CANNOT trace, copy, or claim the artwork as your own.
- May edit, crop, and resize the art I give you. HOWEVER, I require you still properly credit me for the piece.
- May post the work to your own website/social media, but you should credit or link back to me.

GENERAL AND PAYMENT

- Pay in full up front
- Depending on the details and my schedule, my work pace could be slowed but I will update you on my progress.
- I will ALWAYS ask for your opinion throughout the process, especially the final sketch.
- If there is a deadline for the artwork, let me know beforehand.

REFUND POLICY

- Refunds CANNOT be made for the artwork once I have started working on it.
- If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
- If you're getting a refund, DO NOT request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
